For our Standard graphic design subscription, at $650/month flat, you get 1 dedicated designer and 1 dedicated account manager to work on your ongoing design requests. You get unlimited revisions on your designs, with requests queued and worked on one at a time.
This ensures consistent quality while giving you continuous access to subscription-based design support.
As part of the Standard graphic design subscription, your requests are queued in our ticketing system and produced one at a time. Each request includes unlimited revisions.
Once a design request is completed and finalised, you can immediately submit the next request as part of your subscription.
The $650 graphic design subscription includes ongoing design support with customer assistance available , alongside your dedicated designer and account manager.
Yes, you can pause or cancel your graphic design subscription at any time.
There are no limits to revisions while your subscription is active. Design requests are worked on one at a time, so each request must be finalised and approved before a new one is started. Simultaneous design work is only available when hiring a custom enterprise team with at least two full-time designers and one dedicated project manager.
Yes. As part of your graphic design subscription, you can request all final source files at any time. Simply message your assigned account manager and they will provide them.
There are no pro-rated billings or refunds. The end date of your subscription will be the last paid date according to your contract.
For Standard graphic design subscription clients, billing is monthly. For dedicated designer or custom enterprise subscription clients, billing is bi-weekly (every 15th and 30th of the month).
Design briefs are submitted through our ticketing system as part of your ongoing subscription.
