For our flat fee graphic design service, pricing is agreed upfront based on the scope of your design project. You’ll work with a dedicated designer and account manager to deliver the agreed design work at a fixed price, with no hourly billing or hidden costs.
Revisions are included within the agreed project scope, and work is completed based on the defined deliverables and timeline.

Each project is worked on according to its defined timeline, with included revisions handled within that scope. Once the project is completed and approved, a new flat fee project can be scoped and started.
The $650 flat fee covers a clearly defined design project with dedicated support. Customer support is available from 8am UK time to 6pm UK time, with a dedicated designer and account manager assigned to your project.
Yes. Flat fee projects can be paused or cancelled before work begins.
Once a project is in progress, work continues based on the agreed scope and timeline. Revisions are included within the project, but work is completed one project at a time. Simultaneous project delivery is only available when hiring a custom enterprise team with at least two full-time designers and one dedicated project manager.
Yes. As part of our flat fee graphic design service, all final source files are included and provided on completion of the project.
There are no pro-rated billings or refunds. The end date of the engagement will be the last paid date according to your agreed terms.
