When signing up, you’ll be matched with your dedicated designer within 1 business day. We’ll match you based on the information you provide on your onboarding call.

Sometimes we will change your designer if we see a ticket that would be best suited for another team member but, for the most part, we will keep you with the same designer.

Our management team will spend a lot of time to ensure we match you with the perfect designer for your specific needs. If you don’t like the match for any reason, we’ll be happy to match you with a new designer within one business day.
You can communicate with your Buzzcube designer directly through Slack. You can also communicate with them through email if you prefer.

02 Submit your request

Submit your design request anytime while logged into our client portal, or through email.

Fill out the information to describe your design request along with your branding assets & copy.

You can send in as many requests to your dedicated designer as you want. Your designer will work their way through your projects each business day, working an average of 2 days to design a landing page and 2 days to build a page. We will work on your projects in the order you have specified. Some requests will be made the same day depending on the size of the project.

For design, anything you can imagine, we can create. As long as you can effectively describe what you want through electronic communication, we’ll do it.

If your request doesn’t require a developer – no worries! We will just give you more hours with our designer. We do not charge extra to have our team work on design or development projects.

03 We go to work

With less than 1 business day turnarounds for simple designs, and daily updates for more complex projects, enjoy our amazing and friendly client experience.

Work directly with your designer via Slack and email.

Your designer will then send you the completed design for review in the native Adobe files as well as your requested exported file formats.

You retain full ownership of all files created by your designer.

Typically landing pages & web pages pages will take about 2 days to design per page. When it comes to social media graphics & other marketing collateral we tend to batch together the requests so that we produce 5-6 social graphics within 48 hours.
Yes, you can always add additional Buzzcube subscriptions directly through our website. Each new subscription you take out will be given a 10% discount. Just ask your account manager for the discount code.

04 We build your project

After we’ve signed off your design and you’re happy with the output, we will then hand over the assets to the developer to build the page on your website. This step is only required if we are working on a web design project.
Our turnaround times for development depend on the request but we usually take around 2 days to build a page on your website. This gives us time to internally test the page in both mobile and desktop views before delivering this to you in Slack.
We do custom code at times although we always make sure that the pages are editable for the client. Our developers usually build in page builders (Like Divi, Clickfunnels & Kajabi) so the only custom coding we do will be a little extra HTML & CSS.
Yes! All of our projects are optimised for mobile viewing and will be tested by our team before you receive them back.

This usually takes about 2 working days and includes testing from our team for both mobile and desktop viewing.

Yes, Buzzcube only hires experienced and skilled senior level-designers & developers. With many years of creating a wide variety of professional-level designs for all kinds of businesses, both small and large, each and every one of our designers is more than capable of creating all of the designs we mention on our website.
Our typical operating times are 8am UK time to 6pm UK time. We do sometimes work on projects outside of these hours but communication with your project manager will be available between these times.
